Activities: The ANADVC, was established in 1982, and remains an
association working towards the well being of blind persons of Congo.
The principal goals of the association are to support the full participation
of blind and partially sighted people in the Social, Economic and Farming
Development of Congo; To promote at the national level, in each area,
a unit of action in favour of the blind and partially sighted people;
To propose with the public authorities, of the policies and national programs
in favour of the ANADVC.
