Activities: The library develops and produces mute letter and Braille mixed books, sense of touch based books for infants and children to supply to visual impaired children and institutions to provide the opportunity for the visual impaired children and non-visual impaired children and for parents of visual impaired children to study along with their children, contributing to the increased awareness of impaired people and to the integrated education.

Activities: The aim of KWFVH is to help all visually handicapped people to overcome barriers, and to live happy lives as members of the community with status and interests by giving them social, medical, psychological, cultural and vocational assistance. KWFVH have the following departments: Welfare Service, Braille Production, Rehabilitation, Sports Centre for the Blind and Hostel for the Blind.
