Activities: CERCIL is a not-for-profit institution specialising in the
complete care and attention of blind people. Their objective of independent
and personal development for the blind is achieved by several techniques
e.g. orientation and mobility; diary activities; communication; talking
books; occupational therapy. Job training is also offered allowing for
opportunities in the computer, telecommunications and natural therapy
(shiatsu) fields.
