Activities: The residential school provides accommodation for 75 students. The school programme (kindergarten, elementary and junior high school) includes standard academic subjects plus mobility and orientation, low vision training and the use of modern electronic technology in communication training. The older students are integrated into Talomo High School.

Activities: The Philippine Printing House for the Blind (PPHB) is an attached office of the SPED Division.
