Activities:The NTAC strives to strengthen the capacities of families, children and young adults who are deaf-blind. Strengthen the capacities of service providers and agencies serving children and young adults who are deaf-blind & their families. Facilitate collaborative systems change activities to improve services to children and young adults who are deaf-blind, their families and service providers.
