Activities:The NTAC strives to strengthen the capacities of families, children and young adults who are deaf-blind. Strengthen the capacities of service providers and agencies serving children and young adults who are deaf-blind & their families. Link research-based practices to state and local service providers and families. Facilitate the sharing of information and practices between agencies, organizations and individuals. Facilitate collaborative systems change activities to improve services to children and young adults who are deaf-blind, their families and service providers.
