Section 1.

We will begin with a small exercise involving you all to determine your background with mobile phones.  This will involve you all standing up together for each question and you will sit down as and when part of the question does not relate to you. 

The questions will be as follows:
1. Have you owned a mobile phone for the last:
6 months/1 year/3 years/5 years/more than 5 years
2. Do you use for mobile phone to:
Send/receive text messages/ make and receive calls

Section 2.

I would like to spend 20 - 30mins discussing some of the barriers you face to mobile phones and some of solutions that you feel could be done to make the mobile more inclusive to you.

Section 3

The mobile that I have brought with me.  What are your initial thoughts? Areas that I want to discuss are:

Phone Shape/Design
Button design
Button size shape
Number of buttons needed

Battery and Cards (SIM and Memory)
Inserting and removing
Getting at the battery (removing the battery compartment/back cover
