We will begin with a small exercise involving you all to determine your background with mobile phones. This will involve you all standing up together for each question and you will sit down as and when part of the question does not relate to you.
The questions will be as follows:
1. Have you owned a mobile phone for the last:

Send/receive text messages/ make and receive calls

I would like to spend 20 - 30mins discussing some of the barriers you face to mobile phones and some of solutions that you feel could be done to make the mobile more inclusive to you.
