9-Volt Single Level Liquid Sensor

The 9 Volt Single Level Sensor is an aid for people with vision impairment to fill cups and glasses with one level of liquid. The unit simply hangs over the side of a cup or glass with the metal prongs on the inside of the container. Produces a loud buzzing 400Hz tone with slight vibration. A standard 9 Volt Battery plugs into the base for easy battery change. Gives a warning if a wrong battery polarity insertion is attempted. Comes with battery already inserted ready to use.

Vibrating 1-Level Sensor

The Vibrating 1 Level Sensor is an aid for people that are hard of hearing as well as visually impaired to fill cups and glasses with one level of liquid such as for non mixed drinks. Pronounced true vibrating feature, which can be felt. The unit simply hangs over the side of a cup or glass with the metal prongs on the inside of the container. The unit will vibrate and can produce an optional tone when the poured liquid reaches approximately 15mm from the top of the cup. Handy magnet on rear of the unit allows for easy storage on a metal object such as a fridge. Easy battery replacement no screws to undo as the case splits open to expose battery compartment.

Liquid Level Indicator

This device can detect two different levels of liquid. When filling a cup, an intermittent tone indicates that the cup is nearly full and a continuous tone indicates that it is full. This indicator produces tones and vibrations and is suitable for use by people with hearing impairment. The unit is water resistant and can be cleaned under a tap. All materials meet EC directives on material in contact with food. Replacement batteries are available from RNIB (Ref: CP08).
