Alarm clocks are an essential part of the morning routine, yet for the blind or partially sighted person standard alarm clocks do not prove useful as often the numbers and the hands are too small to see clearly, or the method for setting the alarm is too complicated for someone with limited vision. For a deafblind person the ringing alarm is inaudible.
