Scope: Guide Dogs is particularly interested in funding high quality scientific research relating to the preservation and improvement of sight in those already visually impaired and the epidemiology of ocular disease.
Type of awards available: Research grants.
Restrictions: Applications exceeding the amount of £60k per annum will be rejected.
Submission of applications: Applicants are requested to submit initial applications in accordance with the Guide Dog's Application Guidelines. These must be no more than two sides of A4, and should broadly describe the outline, purpose and costing of the proposed research. If successful, a full application will be requested.
